Elephant Man was taken into custody on Monday for charges that he raped a woman at his homein Jamaica.He has denied the accusations outrightly saying that he had come a long way and can't just dissappoint his fans.Currently he has been granted bail but he's expected to appear in court on the 24th of May to allow more investigations...He was also charged for stealing electricity....We'll keep you updated!
